The property has been legally purchased and transferred. Ownership is officially registered in the land registry, forming the essential legal foundation for the entire project.

The full main project documentation has been completed by our architects and engineers. This includes architectural plans, structural calculations, utility layouts, and all required technical documentation necessary for obtaining the building permit.
✔️ Initial terrain works completed
Preliminary terrain and site preparation works have already been carried out. These early earthworks help ensure that the site is ready for the next construction phases once approval is granted.
✔️ Building permit application submitted
All required documents have been submitted to the responsible authorities, and the project is currently in the official building permit review process.
What Happens Next

At this stage, we are awaiting the issuance of the building permit. While Croatian law defines a formal review period, the actual timeline can vary depending on the workload of the local authorities. We expect this step to take several weeks.

Immediately after receiving the building permit, we will proceed with:

Coordination with local utility providers
Final preparation and scheduling of construction works
🚜 Excavation and utility infrastructure works
Once approval is granted, excavation will begin for sewage, water, and electrical infrastructure. This marks the official start of construction on site.
